Open in your browsera shared space to scribble ✎
Scribblespace is a shared notebook for your team. Plan, jot and doodle on the same page in real time, keep writing when the wifi drops, and watch it all come together when you reconnect.
Free in early access · Web, Android and Linux
The key
Bullet journals keep a key on the first page. Here is ours: what you get on every page you write, alone or with your team.
Everyone gets their own pen color. See who’s in the page, where their cursor is and what they’re typing, as they type it.
Every notebook lives on your device, images included. Lose the signal mid-sentence and keep writing; nothing is lost, even if you close the app.
Two people changed the same line, or one of you was offline? Both edits land, letter by letter, and every device ends up with the same page.
Sketch diagrams in a hand-drawn style without leaving the note. Shapes stay editable, and edits to a drawing merge too.
Workspaces hold shared notebooks, and everyone is an owner, admin, editor or viewer. Invite people with a link.
Every note is plain Markdown underneath. Export a complete backup of notes, images and drawings whenever you like.
Try it
These two notes stay in step the same way the app does. Switch one offline, edit both, then bring it back.
Both devices are online. Type in either one.
How it works
Every change is saved on your device first, so writing never waits for the internet.
When you’re online, the change goes to Scribblespace over an encrypted connection and is stored safely before it counts as sent.
Your other devices, and everyone you share the notebook with, get it in moments. A device that was offline catches up on just what it missed.

Both. A personal notebook works fine on its own, across your laptop and phone. Invite people to a workspace when you want to plan, jot and doodle together.
Yes, and it’s free to create. Sign in with Google, or with an email address and password. Your account is what keeps your devices in step and lets you share notebooks with other people.
Everything keeps working. Your notes and images are stored on the device, so you can read, write and draw as usual. When the connection returns, Scribblespace sends what you wrote and fetches what you missed, nothing more.
Both edits are kept, and every device ends up with exactly the same text. Scribblespace makes sure the copies agree, but it can’t judge whether two rewrites made at the same moment read well together, so you may want to tidy up afterwards.
No. Your notes are encrypted on their way between your devices and Scribblespace, and a notebook is only open to the people in its workspace. But our servers can read your notes and images, so think twice before storing very sensitive material. The privacy policy has the details.
Scribblespace is in early access. There is no password reset or email verification yet, so if you sign in with email, pick a password you won’t forget. And keep your own backup of anything important.
Sign in with Google or email and invite your team. Creating an account is free.
