Plans, plainly.
What counts as storage?
Everything stored in a workspace: the text of your notes, your drawings and your images. We measure the actual bytes, so a page of writing takes up next to nothing and a photo takes what the photo weighs. A gigabyte is a billion bytes.
What’s a seat? Are viewers really free?
A seat is a person who can edit: an owner, admin or editor of the workspace. Viewers don’t need a seat, so they’re free on every plan. They can read the workspace’s notebooks but not change them.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t chosen a plan by then, the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: everyone can still read, share and export everything in it. Choose a plan whenever you’re ready and editing comes back immediately. Workspaces that existed during early access get 30 days instead of 14.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Owners and admins can move between Pro and Team, or between monthly and yearly, in Settings → Plans. You can cancel at any time: your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and the workspace then becomes read-only, with all your notes kept.
How does billing work for teams?
Team is billed per seat, monthly or yearly. Seats follow your workspace automatically: invite an editor and a seat is added, remove one or make them a viewer and the seat goes away. Changes in the middle of a billing period are prorated on your next invoice. All 100 GB of each seat goes into one pool the whole workspace shares.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed by Stripe; Scribblespace never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may apply depending on where you are. Charges appear on your statement as SCRIBBLESPACE. The terms cover renewals and refunds.
