See your team’s activity
The Activity list shows the latest 100 changes to your workspace’s members, roles, invitations and settings, newest first, with who did it and when. Only owners and admins can see it.
- Open Team in the sidebar.
- Scroll down to Activity.
What’s recorded
- Invitations created, emailed, revoked and accepted, and emails that failed to send
- Role changes, and people removed or leaving
- The workspace being created or renamed, and ownership transfers
- Notebooks renamed or deleted
- API keys created or revoked
