Invite teammates, choose roles and share scribbles inside or outside your team.
- Invite teammatesOwners and admins invite people by email. Each invitation is a single-use link for one address that expires after seven days.
- Roles and what each one can doEveryone in a workspace is an owner, admin, editor or viewer, and that role applies to every notebook in it.
- Remove someone from your teamOwners and admins can remove a member, who immediately loses access to every notebook in the workspace. Anyone else can leave.
- See your team’s activityOwners and admins can see the latest 100 changes to members, roles, invitations and workspace settings.
- Write together in real timeTeammates can edit the same scribble at once. You see who’s there and their cursors, and every change merges automatically.
- Share a scribbleShare one scribble with your whole workspace, make it private to you and people you add, or let anyone with the link read it.
- Switch between workspacesUse the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar to move between workspaces you belong to, or to create a new one.
