Sign-in, your profile, plans, the free trial, invoices and cancelling.
- Plans and pricingEvery workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, then Pro for one editor or Team per seat. Viewers are always free.
- How the free trial worksEvery account gets 14 days free for up to 5 editors and 10 GB, with no card. Here’s what happens when it ends.
- Upgrade to Pro or TeamOwners and admins choose a workspace’s plan in Settings → Plans and pay securely through Stripe Checkout.
- Change plan, payment method or invoicesSwitch between Pro and Team or monthly and yearly, update your card and download invoices from a workspace’s Plans page.
- How Team billing counts seatsOn Team, each owner, admin and editor takes a paid seat, viewers are free, and seats follow your team automatically.
- Cancel your subscriptionCancel a workspace’s plan in Settings → Plans. It stays active until the period ends, then the workspace becomes read-only.
- Change your name, email or passwordThe app can’t change your name, email or password yet. Here’s how to get them changed, and what to do if you’re locked out.
- Delete your accountAccount deletion isn’t in the app yet: email support from your account’s address. Export a backup first if you want a copy.
