Notebooks, links between scribbles, tabs, panes, search and shortcuts.
- Create, rename and delete notebooksCreate a notebook from the sidebar, rename it from its page or menu, and know what deleting one removes for everyone.
- Browse a notebook: views, sorting and selectingSee a notebook’s scribbles as a grid or a list, sort and search them, and select several to move to Trash or restore.
- Link scribbles togetherType @ to link another scribble or mention a teammate; links keep working when scribbles are renamed. Copy links to scribbles and headings.
- Work with tabs and split panesOpen scribbles in tabs, keep previews open, split the editor into up to four panes and move between them from the keyboard.
- Search scribbles and actionsPress Ctrl+K to find a scribble by title or content in the open notebook, or type > to run an action by name.
- Keyboard shortcutsEvery default keyboard shortcut in Scribblespace, for scribbles, navigation, tabs and panes, writing, the sidebar and notebooks.
- Change a keyboard shortcutRebind, add or remove any app shortcut in Settings › Keyboard Shortcuts, choose when it runs, and reset to the defaults.
- Change the theme and colorsPick a color palette, choose light, dark or system mode, and fine-tune any color; your look follows you to every device.
