Search scribbles and actions
Press CtrlK, or click Search scribbles… at the top of the sidebar, to open the command palette. Type a few words to find scribbles whose title or text contains all of them.
- Press CtrlK.
- Type what you’re looking for. Titles that start with your words come first.
- Choose with ↑ and ↓ (or CtrlJ and CtrlK), then press Enter to open it in a tab, or CtrlEnter to open it beside the page you’re on.
Run an action
The palette also runs actions by name, like New scribble, Split editor right, Reopen closed tab, Enter zen mode, Open today's daily note and Keyboard shortcuts. Start with > to see only actions, for example >split.
Find text in a scribble
Press CtrlF to search the scribble you’re in. CtrlG or F3 goes to the next match and CtrlShiftG or ShiftF3 to the previous one.
Search runs on your device, so it works offline too.
