Link scribbles together
Type @ and a few letters of a scribble’s title, then press Enter to link it. The link points at the scribble itself, not its title, so renaming it never breaks the link.
- Type @ where you want the link.
- Keep typing to filter. The menu lists People first, then scribbles in This notebook, then scribbles in Other notebooks.
- Choose with ↑ and ↓ and press Enter, or click. Esc closes the menu.
The link always shows the scribble’s current title. If the scribble is deleted forever, the link stays in your text, struck through.
Open a linked scribble
- Click the link, or put the cursor on it and press CtrlEnter.
- Hover the link and press CtrlAltV to open it in a split beside the page you’re on, or CtrlAltS to open it below.
Link to a new page
Type /new page to create a scribble, link it where you are and open it in a new tab, ready for its title.
Mention a teammate
Your teammates come first in the @ menu. A mentioned teammate shows by their current name; click the mention to see their role and email.
Copy a link to a scribble or heading
- Click the link button beside a scribble’s title (Copy link to scribble), choose Copy scribble link from its ⋯ menu, or press CtrlAltC.
- Hover a heading and click Copy link to heading for a link that opens the scribble at that heading.
Only people who can already open the scribble can follow its link. To give someone else access, see Share a scribble. You can also paste a scribble’s link into a chat with your agent; see Let Claude or Codex read your notebooks.
