Plans and pricing
Plans belong to a workspace, not to a person. Every workspace starts with a free trial; after that it needs Pro, for a workspace where one person writes, or Team, billed per person who edits. Viewers are free on every plan, and prices are in US dollars.

Paying yearly saves up to 25%: Pro saves 20% and works out to $4 a month, and Team saves 25%, or $6 per seat a month.
What every plan includes
The trial and every paid plan have all the features:
- Unlimited notebooks and scribbles
- The web app and the Android and Linux apps, each working offline
- Writing together in real time, public share links and free viewers
- API keys for agents and scripts
What counts as storage
Everything stored in the workspace: the text of your scribbles, your drawings and your images. It’s measured in real bytes, so a page of writing takes next to nothing and a photo takes what the photo weighs. A gigabyte is a billion bytes. The workspace’s Plans page shows how much it uses.
When a workspace is full you can keep writing, but new images and new notebooks are refused until you free up space or change plans.
To free up space, remove images you no longer need. Once an image isn’t in any scribble or drawing, it stops counting within a day. Images in Trash still count until the scribble is deleted for good.
Seats and viewers
A seat is a person who can edit: an owner, admin or editor. Viewers can read the workspace’s notebooks but not change them, so they never need a seat. See How Team billing counts seats.
Enterprise
For custom storage and seat counts, annual invoicing, a security review and data processing agreement, or priority support and onboarding, choose Contact us on the Enterprise card or write to support@scribblespace.app.
Payments, taxes and price changes
Payments are handled by Stripe; Scribblespace never sees or stores your card number. Taxes may apply depending on where you are, and charges appear on your statement as SCRIBBLESPACE. If prices change, the terms promise at least 30 days’ notice before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.
